How we work.
Every beginning has a magic of its own, and that also applies to new projects that land on our desks. Sooner or later of course, reality catches up with every plan. But first there is a sheet of blank paper waiting to be filled with good ideas.
From the start not just one employee but an entire team gets down to work at Breimann & Cie. The aim is to penetrate the project in all its requirements. Only then is the line of approach defined and the perfect team for this specific project embarks on its work.
Depending on the task, Breimann & Cie’s landscape architects are joined by structural architects, model builders, soil scientists, geologists, surveyors, structural engineers, botanists, illustrators, stone experts, light planners, nursery experts and lawyers specializing in all manner of areas.
From sounding out ideas and drawing up the master plan to construction planning and project realization every project passes through numerous stages and performance phases. They set the pattern within which we, however, always remain flexible. The road is not always straightforward, but we see the solution of complicated tasks as our job.
Anyone can do “easy”. We love challenges that force us to think anew. The more complicated the task, the greater the ambition. Every problem has the potential for an intelligent and creative solution. That is our ambition and to achieve it we need the input and inspiration of the widest range of minds and trades.
For us successful work performance is just as important as the creative idea. We see ourselves in the tradition of the master builders. Design, planning and construction management come from a single source at Breimann & Cie. “Masterly” execution and perfection down to the smallest detail are what we strive for. We pay as much attention to the size of a joint in a floor covering as we do to a successful visual axis in a park.
It takes a great deal of commitment, energy and lifeblood for the result to satisfy both the client and us. A constant exchange with everyone involved in the work matters to us. We are always approachable, resilient, and manage every project until its completion and beyond.
In the end perfect is if, when an idea has become a reality, the world is a little more beautiful and more harmonious.
